At QALBIAHAH, all products are made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful.
Please check your size, colour, and delivery details before placing your order.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
With proof of purchase

Do not send items back without approval. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Non returnable items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
Wrong size chosen
Change of mind
Customer ordering error
Incorrect delivery address entered by the customer
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item after the return has been processed.
Refunds
We will contact you once your return has been received and reviewed.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to show the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or missed collection, extra shipping costs may apply.
