All QALBIAHAH products are made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the product.
Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and we confirm the order.
After an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible because production may begin quickly.
Please check your size, colour, quantity, email address, and delivery address before placing your order.
If you enter the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order where needed.

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days.
UK delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after processing.
Total estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed.
Delays may happen due to couriers, weather, busy periods, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Once an order is passed to the delivery carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking details will be provided when available.
SECTION 6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products are made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns for wrong size chosen, change of mind, customer ordering error, or incorrect address entered by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
