PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

At QALBIAHAH, we do not currently offer subscriptions or pre-orders.
All orders are one-time purchases completed at checkout.
Order cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible as production begins quickly through our fulfilment partner, Printful.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help before production begins.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds.
Instalment payments
For eligible orders over £50.00, we offer the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments through Shop Pay.
How it works:
- At checkout, select Shop Pay and choose the instalment option
- Your payment is split into 3 equal interest-free payments
- The first payment is taken at checkout
- The remaining payments are automatically collected over the following weeks
- No additional fees or interest are charged
Cancelling an instalment order
If you need to cancel an order placed using instalments, contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to cancel it and arrange a refund of any payments already taken.
If the order has already entered production or been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further options.
Any remaining scheduled instalment payments will be cancelled if a full refund is approved.
